My memory is a bit sketchy I thought I had already written a review however my nicotine arrived the next day or it may have been the day after which is still pretty good because I understand that first class does not guarantee next day delivery. I think next time is be inclined to go for first class guaranteed next day delivery because I remember it being only about five quid

Having been vapeing for years and thought the e liquid charges from some brand's excessively high I have used cheap liquids. However in a moment of madness I bought a bottle of Vampire Vapes Blood sukka. Now a convert to more expensive liquids. This one puts it in a different league. Super flavour good cloud production. Well impressed.

Asked regarding free nicotine shots with orders emailed on day of ordering. Automated reply saying reply usually within 1-2 days not had reply since and received without any nicotine shots so all in all not a very happy customer

No complaints, easy to place my order, and prompt delivery

I ordered vape liquids over a week ago now, the order says it is completed yet I still haven't received them, and the tracking number that was provided never worked. I have tried to contact customer service multiple times by email and twitter and received no response, also called and was hung up on twice. Update: The issue has been resolved, they have sent a replacement order and credited my account to apologise. The agent who contacted me has been very helpful and I am happy with the outcome. Though it shouldn't have taken so long to get in contact with someone about the order.I will be purchasing from Vampire Vape again as I am a big fan of their products and will update the review if necessary.
